Q. Best advice on how to keep a healthy body and mind?

Consistency really is key. If it was easy everyone will have done it. Consistency allows your exercise to become habitual. It’s the consistency that provides the lifestyle change and the lifestyle change that lets you achieve your goals.

Q. What is your favourite place to replenish balance and a clear head?

The Lakes, no signal, camping, in the countryside with spectacular scenery and walks.

Q. What’s your favourite exercise and why?

Back squat. It’s one of few exercises that works nearly every muscle and sometime fibre int he body. Working your lower body is extremely important.

Q. What does exercise and training mean to you?

Exercise and training allow me to challenge myself and exert my energies in a positive, productive way
