Meet Sarah

  

Sarah is a highly experienced Level 3 Personal Trainer with a strong passion for empowering clients to achieve their fitness goals. She specializes in designing personalized fitness programs tailored to each individual's unique needs and aspirations. Her approach combines motivating, supportive coaching with evidence-based techniques to ensure lasting results.

Sarah's areas of expertise include functional fitness, where she helps clients build strength, stability, and mobility for everyday activities. She is also Level 3 qualified in pre- and post-natal training, enabling her to support mothers through safe and effective exercise during and after pregnancy. Additionally, she has extensive experience in rehabilitation through exercise, utilizing her advanced knowledge in Pilates (Level 3 qualified) to restore strength, flexibility, and balance. Her expertise in Soft Tissue Therapy (Level 5 qualified) allows her to address muscular imbalances and aid recovery, complementing her fitness programs for optimal well-being.

Whether clients are looking to enhance their fitness, recover from an injury, or navigate the physical changes of pregnancy, Sarah is committed to guiding them every step of the way with personalized care and unwavering encouragement.
