Jazz is a newly qualified personal trainer with a big passion for helping mums regain confidence, strength, and a sense of self after having children.
Just a few years ago, before having her daughter, Jazz had never even stepped foot in a gym. Becoming a mum completely changed her mindset. She wanted to feel strong for her little girl and set a healthy, empowering example. That’s when she discovered her love for fitness, and it inspired her to qualify as a PT so she could help others do the same.
Her approach to training is realistic, empathetic, and supportive. Jazz understands the challenges parents face firsthand — physically, mentally, and emotionally — and she’s passionate about supporting them every step of the way as they rebuild strength and confidence, both in and out of the gym. She focuses on helping clients reach their goals in a sustainable, balanced way, without added pressure or unrealistic expectations.
In a short time, Jazz has gained valuable experience running busy fitness classes for mums and delivering one-to-one personal training sessions. She’s also currently studying for her Level 3 Pre & Postnatal Exercise and Nutrition qualification to broaden her knowledge and offer the very best support to her clients.
